- Yellow Team (Ages 4-5)
- Saturdays: 10:00 am – 10:45 am
Role Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to coach our Yellow Team, ages 4-5, during the Rochester City Soccer League’s Winter and Summer seasons. Coaches will lead weekly practices and games, focusing on teaching basic soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize soccer sessions for the Yellow Team
- Teach fundamental soccer skills suitable for young players
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect
- Ensure a positive and safe experience for all participants
- Reporting team uniform orders
Requirements:
- Passion for working with young children
- Basic understanding of soccer
- Patience and strong communication skills
- Previous coaching experience is a plus, but not required
