Volunteer Opportunity: Recreational Registrar/Communications Coordinator (Ages 6-8)

• Winter Soccer/Futsal League: Wilson Foundation Academy, 200 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611
• Summer Soccer League: Rochester Sports Complex, 460 Oak Street, Rochester, NY

Dates:

• Winter League: January 21 – March 31, 2025
• Summer League: May 13 – July 31, 2025

Role:
Rochester City Soccer League is seeking a volunteer Recreational Registrar/Communications Coordinator for our 6-8-year-old division. This role is essential in ensuring smooth registration processes and effective communication with parents and guardians.

Responsibilities:

• Manage player registrations for the 6-8 age group
• Maintain accurate player information and records
• Coordinate and communicate with parents regarding schedules, updates, and league information
• Serve as a point of contact for parents’ inquiries
• Assist with distributing league materials and keeping the community informed
• Support the organization of events, including game days and special activities
• Reporting team uniform orders
