Soccer is a physical activity and injuries may occur. By registering, I understand these risks and accept responsibility for my child’s participation. I release the Rochester City Soccer League, staff, volunteers, and affiliated facilities from any claims or liability related to injuries, accidents, or illness that may occur during practices, games, or league events.
Consent to Participate
I give permission for my child to participate fully in all league activities, including practices, games, and special events.
Photo & Video Release
I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded on video for league promotion, social media, or educational materials. I understand these images may be used without compensation. Permission may be withdrawn in writing at any time.

Players will have a team assignment for every season of play, with set practice times and game days each week of the season according to age group. The RCSL is creating a platform for players in our community to benefit from a team environment while enjoying playing the “Beautiful Game” in our city.
Team practices will be held by age group, with older groups learning higher-level concepts of the game and system of play. Coaches are prepared to lead these sessions with the updated educational goals of the RCSL, taking care to enhance player development from the individual level to the whole-team dynamic.
Age requirements U4-5 up to U14 and we will grow up to U23. Jerseys, shorts, and shin guards are provided for all players. We welcome any level of talent from beginner to advanced to come out to play, meet new friends, and grow with us.
With equipment and travel requirements, soccer can be expensive. The Rochester City Soccer League offers greater accessibility by keeping fees low at $25 per child, with scholarships available. Our goal is that players of all economic backgrounds can benefit from organized soccer.
