At the Rochester City Soccer League, we believe that soccer builds strong teams, strong character, and a strong community. We’re committed to creating opportunities for success for all of our players—on and off the field. None of this is possible without the support of our caring coaches, leaders, and volunteers.
Be a Beacon of Hope
Coaches and volunteers are encouraged to develop as leaders and individuals, as well. Through training and connections to other reputable soccer coaches, leaders, and national resources, RCSL coaches and volunteers strike the perfect balance between competitive and supportive that make the Rochester City Soccer League more than a game.
